      Pros

      The BPA market is buoyant - my advice: go and work for one of Just's competitors

      Cons

      Terrible pay (>20% below MV) Mismanaged - most of the management have been around for a long time and are totally incompetent Reluctance to hire junior staff to actually do the work, so the hours are very long

      Incredible team and employees, great people to work with

      Cons

      Just has caved to the new owners culture and put up no fight to retain what made it one of the best companies to work for. So much was said about how Just needed to retain its culture (specifically mentioned by both the former and current CEO at townhalls) but senior management have either left, been made redundant, or completely bought into the new owners culture, which is already trickling down
