You will have afraid to get your vacation days, because the deadlines are COMPLETELY unrealistic, and you have to work your on weekend to deliver in time. No respect for your life outside work. Working 12 hours per day is extremely common. I've worked from 5am to 9pm once. I skipped the whole Easter holiday once, working the whole holiday (including the weekend and both holidays). I really have a lot of examples of this, but I think you get the idea ;D
And I remember to heard the CEO saying in a major meeting with every single employee that he doesn't care about the engineers because the app doesn't give him any profit. His head works like this: If you give him profit, then you worth something. Otherwise, he doesn't care at all about you.
