Pros

Your coworkers. Real friendships are formed. They keep you sane in the insanity. However most of them are gone or going.

Cons

The cons are endless. The owners and leadership are master manipulators. They are so blessed to have endless good people apply and work for them. Yet they treat them terrible. Their game is to sell you on this dream of a “start up”. Get you to buy in and give your all. It works. Every time it works. The whole time they manipulate and play on the fact that their employees are good people. Nothing is enough. They always want more and they give nothing in return. Their employees are amongst the lowest paid in the city. They nickle and dime you. If a skin care rep gives you product they take it. They say it’s the companies and then sell it. You’ll never get a straight answer about pay. God forbid you ask for an increase. It’s always a story or excuse. Any time off requested is a battle or a guilt trip is given. No respect for work life balance. They have lost all their well known injectors and endless front desk staff and all for good reason. Those people were good hard working people. If you were to ask about those people now the owners and leadership just say negative things and lie about those people. It’s terrible. It’s a revolving door at this point. There are a lot of unhealthy mental games that occur. The injectors and treatment staff all have to stay in their own rooms all day and just turn patients like a cattle farm. There is no staff room or area to congregate. They did this once the mass exodus started in an attempt to decrease staff from talking and becoming friends. Sounds unbelievable, I get it. The female owner was concerned people were talking about her and she had cameras with audio placed all over their centers. Pretty sure audio is illegal in certain areas and a firm violation of HIPPA. A member of leadership was actually fired after being accused of talking about the owner. It was well known the owner did not like this employee. It was convenient. I wish I was making this up. There are a ton of favoritism with anyone upstairs. I would trust no one upstairs no matter how kind they seem. They even backstab each other. Its the worst episode of mean girls you have ever seen. There is even an awkward power struggle between the owners who are supposed to be married. It’s awful how they speak to each other and often in front of staff. It’s mind blowing to see and even more so in hindsight. It’s hard to grasp as you don’t get the motive. Your not even sure who is the captain of the crazy ship. I witnessed some of the lowest morals and unethical practices. They are so money hungry there are no boundaries for the situations they are willing to put their staff in. I hope one day they are held accountable for all they have done and continue to do. As the other review said..... I will confidently tell you any review above a 3 is leadership or owner. The proof is in the fact that 11 or 13 people have left since June 2018. Watch, positive ones will be posted after this one like all the others.

Pros

Our team was incredibly knowledgeable, motivated and efficient. I loved being apart of a company that is transparent about their costs, their treatments/services and results. We set ourselves apart because we engage with our clients to fully understand their expectations and to do the best we can to meet them.

Cons

We answered phones for other Juvly offices in other states. Often times it could be confusing.

Pros

There are a few positive aspects to working at Juvly. Providers are exposed to a wide variety of aesthetic treatments and procedures. The practice has an established patient base, which allows providers to gain experience performing many different services. For new providers entering the aesthetic field, this can be a helpful first step to gain procedural experience.

Cons

The company appears to prioritize business growth and revenue generation over the professional and clinical development of its providers. Those seeking long-term career growth, mentorship, or external educational opportunities may find limited support in these areas. Training is conducted entirely in-house. Instruction on equipment and treatments is typically provided virtually through online materials and videos developed internally by the company. There is little to no training provided by outside manufacturers, educators, or industry representatives. Leadership structure can also be challenging. The leadership style can feel highly micromanaged, and communication may at times come across as dismissive or condescending. Advancement opportunities within the operations team appear to favor those who closely align with leadership directives. The physical condition of the building where I worked presented additional operational challenges. The facility is older, which resulted in recurring issues such as plumbing problems, unpleasant odors, and inconsistent temperatures. Maintenance and upkeep were often minimal, and employees were sometimes expected to assist with building-related tasks such as cleaning, snow removal, and addressing plumbing-related issues.
