Pros

Training is okay. Some managers are good mentors

Cons

Employees here are forced to work brutally long hours by the management. SOme managers are understanding, but majority of the supervisors are in favor of exploiting and exhausting employees for the company's gain. Most of my co-workers are perpetually stressed due to the never-ending workload handed out by the leadership.

Pros

I love my job. I get to work with a lot of great people. KD is part of Great Day Improvements, one of the largest home improvement companies in the country! Great benefits, continued training, great people.

Cons

If you don’t love home improvement, it may not be the place for everyone.

Pros

You get to see all 4 points of Colorado.

Cons

60+ hours a week, 3500 miles a month, job breakdowns are always in favor of the company not you. Micro managed. They keep you filled with guilt and promise you the best pay but you won't see above 5%. Will tell you the customer tried to cancel so they had to give them a discount that comes out of your pocket. No gas reimbursement if the lead is 125 miles or less. And no paid hotels for overnight or week long trips to poe dunk towns. Your training pay is a 3 week draw that you have to pay back. Your best bet is to just don't. Your better off at McDonald's
