Pros
The working environment is very pleasing and there is no pressure to come into the office even if you are living fairly locally. The offices are impressive, functional and project the professional image that the company aspires to. KBC is a consultancy and so the people being hired have to be exceptionally talented and add value. There is plenty of internal communications and a good collaborative spirit is maintained by all.
Cons
It is a busy company and everyone works hard to contribute to its success and so for some senior staff finding time to interview candidates is at times challenging. Company growth is very important and so people re-arrange schedules to be available.
