      You work from the building you live in so you save on the commute /gas

      Cons

      Everything else. Unprofessional, unresponsive, no one has a clue about anything. They make costly mistakes and then blame you for it. They don’t train you or help you succeed.

      Pros

      KBC is a big company that operates like a mom-and-pop. I know everyone by first name, can reach anyone at almost anytime for anything, and I'm always treated with respect. My ideas and opinions are valued and I can really feel the benefits of their open-door policies.

      Cons

      I don't have any improvements that I can recommend at this time. I'm happy with my work experience.

      Pros

      They pay your rent (or a portion)

      Cons

      Chaotic management, incompetent supervisors, the company cutting costs means you have to be the one to actually face the angry tenants, and frequent, arbitrary firings. The company has probably tripled its portfolio in recent years and simply cannot keep up with all the properties they have acquired.
