Pros
Great company, great people, excellent work culture. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend KBC as an employer. Right from Karen, the owner down to the building managers and painters and maintenance tech's in the field, everyone is very conscientious and hard working. KBC maintains a high occupancy rate by taking good care of their buildings. This means they don't do slap and dash work. While work needs to be done in a timely manner, they don't grind their people like a lot of commercial or residential painting contractors do. If you're an experienced painter or handy person, I think KBC is a great gig.
Cons
Not really a con but you need to be something of a self starter as you often have to fulfill work orders without direct supervision. Helps to have some tools and/ or painting gear. Own vehicle a must.
