Pros
KBMax is a quiet dragon. This is a group of very smart and driven people with a good product. There are all the right ingredients to enjoy a long-term success. I like the way leadership is good at making decisions and sticking to them. They trust employees to own the projects, processes, and outcomes, and keeps a good level of communication despite the virtual office environment. There are no massive hierarchies with big egos here - just people challenging each other to give it their all and to create great technology and customer experiences.
Cons
Like others have said, if you are an in-your-face people person, working remote may not be for you. I strive in the environment so instead see it as a plus. After a recent upgrade of health insurance to a better provider, I cannot really think of a con.
