      Interactions with people , enjoyed working here because of staffs. Work life balance is doable

      pay isn't as good as expected. competitive in some way but it is still reasonable

      Ability to work from home and time off. Very generous health care benefits. Relaxed work environment.

      Cons

      Lack of organization or structure. Pointless people on payroll. Almost no feedback. Completely illogical upper management.
