      I would say the people are nice.

      Cons

      Not a great place for a career. Seems to be good for new grads but low pay, no career ladder and tasks are minimal; work is spread out for more billing. Very into profit which drives no balance.

      Steady and stable job. Good benefits overall and nice family leave policy.

      Cons

      They don’t do a ton for their employees outside of work but no major negatives.
