      Decent Salary Good location Good reputation

      Cons

      Confusion in upper management - no one is really sure what the company sells. Much focus on ancillary stuff (employee societies etc.) with less focus on winning and executing fee earning work.

      Steady and stable job. Good benefits overall and nice family leave policy.
