      Very knowledgeable and kind bosses, learned a lot about about radio broadcasting, and boss gave me the push I needed to become better while helping me along the way.

      Cons

      Unpaid internship so you have to want the job for a learning experience.

      Compassionate, skilled, intelligent, friendly, and fun staff. Great programming. Management truly cares about their employees, and cultivates a desire to do one's best.

      Cons

      Just like any nonprofit, the pressure on fundraisers is unrelenting.
