Guidance from mid and upper management ranges from micromanaging to aloof and detached - depending on who you’re working with. Blame for misses (on all levels) trickles down to specialists and contractors. High turnover. very little additional support for teams who are given last minute asks, even for high profile clients. Many unforeseen days with mandatory extended hours, even during fully remote weeks.
