Pros
Within the industry in which it functions, it is among the top tier pay. The benefits are exceptional and above the normal expectations. The ability and opportunity to promote, educate, and grow is available, and without a doubt, encouraged and supported.
Cons
You have to be a self motivated and organized individual. No one is available to hold your hand and pat you on the pack for a job well done. So if your life the “that a boy” or “job well done,” you will receive that only through an occasional email or quarterly dinner. Also, you have to be self sufficient and completely dependable on yourself to reach out and grow. Again, no one is holding your hand. But to say that’s a con? More like a caution to those who don’t adapt well to self management and responsibilities.
