Pros
The power practice is growing rapidly and there is plenty of opportunity. Job flexibility, overtime availability, indoor/outdoor work, mentorship, continuing education, team building and cross training are some of the benefits of KCI. Great PTO (black Friday is a paid holiday!), 401K employer match AND an ESOP program set KCI apart from competitors. The Tampa office is brand new as of 2018, open floor, lots of light and a spacious break room. The workspace is also very spacious. While others have left negative comments, one should keep in mind that a negative person will seldom see/say anything positive. With rapid growth, you will have growing pains. If you do bad work, if you just want to coast along or if you are oblivious to office conduct, you will probably have a rough time. That’s anywhere. KCI is growing and there is plenty of work to do. Do the work, stay hungry and opportunities will present themselves. Only reason I left is because of a job position that would further my career. Otherwise, I would not have left.
Cons
I believe that the cons are almost all worked out. There are growing pains with any company and I believe KCI power team is heading in the right direction. You get what you put in.
