Pros
Overall, employees are willing to help one another out. There are events hosted every couple of months where each department can rally together and intermingle. They also do work with Utility Employees Credit Union and partner up with charities.
Cons
Depending on what department an employee ends up in, management styles vary. Some are more stringent and micromanaging than others. There are certain employees that try to offer help but end up hindering others. Just err on the side of caution as always when starting a new job and assess what others are like.
