Pros
ECOP is good but you don’t get bonuses because of that and you have to be there about 6 years to be 100% vested.
Cons
Low salary, micromanagement, no growth ( they don’t get much work, they can’t compete with other firms in San Antonio), favoritism, CEO is rude, those are the reasons a lot of people left San Antonio office.
