      Pros

      All that comes to mind is work life balance.

      Cons

      Office is depressing. Large office that has limited employees, dark, and full of out of date code books, engineering books, and other useless info. Projects are depressing and uninteresting. Off Street Parking. Limited promotional opportunities. Untrustworthy of employees. Micromanagement.

      Pros

      If you like to be monitored by employer 40 hours a week this is for you.

      Cons

      Employer remotes into your computer to see what you are doing, mandatory work from office in heavy homeless area, only allowed 1/2 hour lunches and no remote working allowed.
