Pros
The open door policy makes executives, HR, and other members of management approachable at any time. Issues are taken seriously, and you get pushed to be the best version of yourself. Pay is good, benefits are awesome, PTO accrues fast, annual raises are good, and management works with you if things come up and you need to leave early or come in late. Doctors are always friendly and helpful. You get to meet a lot of drug reps and the meal catering is always nice. The company maintains integrity and professionalism in all aspects, and is prompt to address issues that would portray otherwise. The company is growing rapidly, and definitely offers a lot of opportunity for people looking to work in the healthcare environment.
Cons
Nearly all positions are in-office positions and no work from home opportunities are offered although it would make sense for some positions. Some people complain a lot about different things in the environment, but refuse to take the initiative to navigate the proper channels to address the issue, but that's typical in any company from my experience.
