Horrible Managers and Worse HR - Media Team KEITH Mfg Employee Review

Leadership - Managers are essentially bullies and the attitude is your job is whatever I tell you it is, regardless of what it is you were hired to do or what they are compensating you for. They will take advantage of you and try to "put you in your place" at every opportunity. Upper management and HR doesn't care how you are treated - they'll admit that someone is a problem, but do absolutely nothing to correct the situation.
