KELL's culture is around family first, which means the company truly understands if you need to leave early for a sick kid, have an emergency, etc. It's the best work/life balance I've ever had. As long as you work hard, it's understood when life happens. Everyone in the company is really smart, and most have worked with/for non-profits in the past. People are mission based and passionate about their work. KELL has been an established partner in the ecosystem for many years. With that comes great experience and established relationships.
Cons
KELL is in a growth phase right now. For the right person this means lots of opportunity to advance and make an impact. However, this can also mean ambiguity and changing processes, so if you're not up for that challenge it might not be the right fit for you.
