      Pros

      Everything was terrible here. There were no pros that I could mention at this time. Please stay away if you can.

      Cons

      Working here means bringing constant stress and exhaustion into your life. The top management will push you to work brutal hours, and they won't care if you feel terrible about it. I would suggest everyone avoid working here if they want a serious career. Beware!

      Remote/Flexible and Coworkers..... no additional pros

      Cons

      Most of the cons have already been noted in previous posts, so I will elaborate on some of the points made: • Gaslighting and broken promises: Leadership often signals empathy and makes commitments that aren’t followed through. Roles are oversold during the hiring process. • Favoritism: Personal relationships appear to drive special treatment and opportunities. • Compensation: Pay is well below market for the workload and stress level. • Workload: Constant influx of new contracts (often biweekly) without additional staffing. • Management: Leads and managers frequently defer basic questions to subordinates and share inappropriate information (e.g. terminations and employee health details), which feels unprofessional and undermines trust. • Lack of guidance: Employees are expected to solve complex tasks with little direction or support. Bottom line: Between the heavy workload, low pay, and management issues, I would not recommend working at Kentech Consulting.
