-Lack of support structure for entry levels may force them to fail and be replaced with no second chances -High stress working environment due to company startup stage -No overtime pay (understandable for a startup) -Work/life balance is horrible, sometimes told to work on weekends -Paid only at the end of each month, causing bad financial support structure for entry levels from poor backgrounds, stacking onto the stress of the startup environment

Great coworkers. The one thing he does right is hire hard working, smart, driven, employees. They are held back by POOR management and a toxic work environment.

TOXIC work environment. Entire mood of the office is dependent on the mood of the CEO which is often volatile. There is a culture of having to prove yourself against manufactured obstacles just to see how tough you are. It does not foster growth and an overall negative experience for me. I would not recommend working here.
