      Pros

      The collegues are very friendly. It was great to work with them. Management would like for you to grow over a period of several years.

      Cons

      Higher management does not knwo what's realy going on the workfloor! They send you number daily and that whats called targets.. You are responsible for all but the system is build for younger people in as shiftmanager. They will not mind to work for €1075 net every 160 hours per month in the weekends and on holidays. No thank you!

      Pros

      It got to be fun to see how fast we could get on the drive thru, we ended up being the fastest team in our district! My manager was really great at getting us to have fun as a team, and to leave our bs about working fast food at the door.

      Cons

      Basic service industry stuff. Nothing extraordinary.
