Pros

Positive reinforcement. Friendly productive environment. Like the emphasis on quality, cleanliness and customer service. Bullying not allowed. Most managers are really well trained and like their jobs, Great expirience if looking for a future in any type of management.

Cons

The pay is really low if you figure salary out per hour. Not much of a life outside the bun! Hourly employees need higher pay to compete with other places and for that sense of pride. We only hire the best. Some franchises are not monitered and give others a bad name. More inspections should be done and some should just be closed to keep up a good name. Customers complain. All should be the same. Stays open too late.

Pros

Working at KFC has several advantages. One major benefit is the flexible scheduling, which makes it a good option for students or people with other jobs. The position is also entry-level friendly, meaning employees typically do not need prior experience to get hired. In addition, the fast-paced environment can make shifts feel shorter and more engaging. Many employees also enjoy the team atmosphere and develop friendships with their coworkers. Another advantage is the availability of employee discounts or free food during shifts, as well as the potential for advancement into shift leader or management roles.

Cons

However, there are also some disadvantages to working at KFC. The pay is often relatively low, usually close to minimum wage. The job can be physically demanding, requiring employees to stand for long periods, work in a hot kitchen, and perform tasks such as lifting and cleaning. The work environment can also be messy due to grease and food preparation. Additionally, the job can be stressful during busy hours, especially when dealing with long lines or high customer demand. Employees may also have to handle difficult or impatient customers, which can be challenging. Finally, work schedules may be inconsistent, with hours varying from week to week.
