Pros
The managers are flexible with hours, and if they are nice they will let you take home free food.
Cons
Horrendous pay. Started at minimum wage ($7.70), state law moved it to $7.85, and got a nickel raise after a year. ($7.90). If you are in a bad location, most customers smell like thrift shops and weed. Customers are picky, and there is almost never enough chicken for them so it makes you look like the bad guy to tell them they are not getting what they paid for. Schedules go from Tuesday to Monday, and you get the schedule for the week the Monday night or even the Tuesday morning of the week. They make up rules to get you to work, as in (a time to lean is a time to clean) even if you've cleaned everything twice. Day shift is usually quiet, and people never do the food prep they are supposed to do, and make the night crew who is already busy with the dinner rush, and takes 1-2 hours to close along with the food prep that the day crew was supposed to do.
