      Free lunch Interactions with customers very friendly

      Management does not train employees Management doe not tell employees about new specials, employees find out when customers ask. There is no way to privately give management feedback. Manager talks down to employees. It is hard to move up in levels

      Pros

      It got to be fun to see how fast we could get on the drive thru, we ended up being the fastest team in our district! My manager was really great at getting us to have fun as a team, and to leave our bs about working fast food at the door.

      Basic service industry stuff. Nothing extraordinary.
