Pros

Well, you get to work with people your own age if you're a teenager like me...The management is pretty cool depending on who you work with, and they do try to work around your personal life which is nice.

Cons

I've worked there for two years and all I've gotten is a measly 25 cent raise, they won't teach you how to do everything like they should they'll just pick what you're good at and keep you there (I'm just now starting drive thru and was a dishwasher for a good 6 months) they hire way too many people and that means not enough hours. They'll also clock you out if you don't get done when they want you to be done.. I would not recommend working here

Pros

Working at KFC has several advantages. One major benefit is the flexible scheduling, which makes it a good option for students or people with other jobs. The position is also entry-level friendly, meaning employees typically do not need prior experience to get hired. In addition, the fast-paced environment can make shifts feel shorter and more engaging. Many employees also enjoy the team atmosphere and develop friendships with their coworkers. Another advantage is the availability of employee discounts or free food during shifts, as well as the potential for advancement into shift leader or management roles.

Cons

However, there are also some disadvantages to working at KFC. The pay is often relatively low, usually close to minimum wage. The job can be physically demanding, requiring employees to stand for long periods, work in a hot kitchen, and perform tasks such as lifting and cleaning. The work environment can also be messy due to grease and food preparation. Additionally, the job can be stressful during busy hours, especially when dealing with long lines or high customer demand. Employees may also have to handle difficult or impatient customers, which can be challenging. Finally, work schedules may be inconsistent, with hours varying from week to week.
