Pros
I’ve been working at KFP IT Solutions as a Service Delivery Manager for nearly 2 years and it’s been a really positive experience overall. One of the things I value most is the level of autonomy you’re given in managing your own workload. There’s a strong sense of trust from leadership, which allows you to organise your priorities and deliver in a way that works best for you and your clients. Another big plus is the exposure to different areas of the business. You’re not siloed into one narrow function, so you naturally gain a broader understanding of how the company operates. It’s a great environment for developing both technical and operational skills. Senior leadership are also very approachable and accessible. It’s easy to have conversations, ask questions, or raise ideas, which helps create a transparent and collaborative culture. The office environment is relaxed, friendly, and supportive. Colleagues are always willing to help each other out, and there’s a genuine team atmosphere that makes coming to work enjoyable. We all love a tea and a snack in the kitchen, but don't leave your snacks out there they will be gone in a minute! Overall, KFP IT Solutions is a great place to work if you’re looking for a supportive environment where you can take ownership of your role, learn across different parts of the business, and feel connected to the wider team.
Cons
At times the workload can be quite busy, especially during periods of growth or when multiple projects and client priorities overlap. This can mean juggling several responsibilities at once and needing to stay organised to keep everything moving smoothly. Because of the exposure to different areas of the business, you can occasionally find yourself involved in a wide variety of tasks, which can feel fast-paced. However, this also gives you the opportunity to learn a lot about the organisation and develop new skills. While the pace can be demanding at times, the supportive team environment and approachable leadership help make it manageable. Overall, the busy nature of the role tends to be a positive for people who enjoy variety, responsibility, and the chance to grow professionally.
