Lax environment and fairly easy work

Very disorganized parts department and stuff

Nothing anymore. Everything has been taken away from the employees.

No work life balance. Excessive micromanaging at every level and department. Extremely heavy workload and excessive travel. Employees are miserable and everyone is tense. The amount of pressure coming from the Executive Board is unbearable. They are driving the company into the ground and ruining employee’s livelihood. Major parts delivery and availability issues for years and getting worse. New equipment delivery are always late and they make us lie to customers. Bonus structure is not achievable no matter how hard you work, in fact…you are getting punished for your efforts. Terrible annual reviews for everyone. No room advancement no matter how well you do unless you are friends with the German Executives. People are put in positions they don’t have the qualifications for or experience. Don’t come to work here, it continues to get worse every day.
