      Horrible management that wont listen to employees Horrible benefits No structure what so ever Constantly changing requirements No one knows what we do so they dont trust us, but management also doesnt care to listen to their employees so they'll never know what we do No growth, you're not allowed to do anything else other than given tasks. Work life balance is not very good as there is an overly strict/rigid requirement with no work flexibility. And so much more...

      Pros

      Product is over-engineered and durable. KI comes out with many new lines to stay current with trends. Breadth of lines is huge and it's very possible to furniture a complete project. Great warranty program

      Cons

      Working with KI as a dealer can be difficult. The people you depend on at HQ can act like there no other options, take it of leave it. KI does not offer spiff program to dealer acct managers, so they have to LOVE the product to choose it over a chair they get paid $5 for each one they place.
