If you are looking to get a start in sales, you should definitely look into KI! From your first day, the expectations set forth about the position in the interview process are clearly met. The management team is very open and direct in both their expectations of you and feedback on your performance, always with the intention of helping you grow and improve. Other members of the sales team have all been extremely open to offer help when needed and also getting to know you on a personal level. They have created a family atmosphere and do their best to make sure everyone feels like a valuable part of the team.
Cons
There can be some redundancy with the first couple months, but if you stick with it and use the resources you are provided with, the opportunities for growth within the company are more than worth it!
