      Pros

      This was a decent place to work, however we were forced to work mandatory overtime (minimum of 60 hours per week) and were only allowed 2 sick days the entire year. There was no work/life balance so I couldn’t stay in that position long term.

      People are friendly, and the ESOP is a great program for a smaller city.

      The operations seem a bit outdated compared to other large companies in the area.
