      Pros

      Like working with the kiddos and getting to plan activities and such. I also appreciate that Champions offers affordable childcare in public schools.

      Cons

      Promised 35 hours and regularly get 25. Management doesn’t really appreciate lower value employees and so there’s lots of turnover.
