      Pros

      Really great pay for part time, Scheduling Flexibility, Diversity of work keeps it interesting (anything but boring/stagnant), Access to free bars, The company treats KBAs with lots of respect, Great team (everyone communicates and works well together), Constantly informed of opportunities for growth in the company. All around would highly recommend!

      Cons

      Don't have any thus far. You have to be ready to put in the work (move boxes, be on your feet, etc.) but it doubles as exercise!
