Working at KIND has been an amazing experience. Kind is not just in the name, but also how the team members choose to live their lives. The vibe is very entrepreneurial and everyone's opinion matters, regardless of position or career level within the organization. The company really cares about team members and their professional/personal growth. There's an open door policy so the leadership team is available to team members, which is rare in other companies.
