Pros
Everyone I came in contact with while working for KIND was so genuine, present, and caring. From the recruitment process, all the way through my off-boarding at graduation, my immediate supervisor, executive members in NYC, and my peers were all so thoughtful. Appreciation and support are generously shared and criticism was always given in a way that encouraged me to grow both personally and in my role as a KUA. Prompt and clear communication, generous compensation, plentiful KIND snacks, and a company culture that you can't beat!
Cons
Support is toned down once you are integrated into the role, not necessarily a bad thing (gives a lot of room for growth) but I could foresee this being tricky if you aren't willing to communicate your concerns to a supervisor
