      -amazing teammates and team leaders -fosters the ability to establish partnerships with aligned organizations -opportunities for sales and marketing -tons of public interaction in a variety of mostly fun environments -nutritional education -flexible schedule -access to KIND products

      Cons

      -certain tracking processes were not effective or caused redundant work - pay not competitive in growing markets - not much room for growth in regional markets
