No cons here. Truly great place to work.

I guess the diversity but honestly if you didn't speak Spanish or weren't part of the "in" crowd you were seen as not being cooperative and getting aLoNG with the team. You get to see some people with some outdated wigs and some botched BBLs, so there's that. 🤷‍♂️

doesn't discipline children behavior management of the students is lacking teachers are expected to stay hours after just to get prepared literally pass children that cannot read/write
