      Working at KIPPRA will enhance your research and analytical skills. You get to understand Policy development and formulation and interact with very smart people. Needs you to always bring your A game

      Cons

      Long working hours including weekends for researchers. Understaffed so researchers are forced to take on a lot of work. Too much abuse from some top management fellows. Ridiculously High Staff-Turnover.

      Despite being an attachee, I was involved in the work. You get to work with mostly young and talented individuals.
