      Pros

      Our team spirit is the best! Everybody believes in the product 100% and always works together. Best communication and most fun I´ve seen in a company.

      Cons

      The office is not the prettiest. But they work on a "new work" project while we are in Homeoffice (Covid), meaning they redesign the whole office. I am excited about that, as the rooms will get more modern and we will be able to do homeoffice in the future as well, if we want to!

      Pros

      Top Team - inklusiver und insgesamt sehr menschlicher Umgang. Interessantes Geschäftsmodell und verständnisvolle Vorgesetzte.

      Cons

      Gehälter sind, typisch für ein Startup, nicht zu vergleichen mit denen von Konzernen. Aber man hat andere Mehrwerte die das für mich ausgleichen.
