Pros

The sales training is amazing and the employees genuinely want you to succeed, but after the first week you will just be learning the same 3 things over and over again.

Cons

1. They will not tell you exactly what you're doing until the day you start. You'll be barging into businesses uninvited and doing door-to-door sales. You are required to go to 50 businesses every day. These people are classic salesmen, and they know how to sell you on the job without answering any of your questions or telling you anything real about the company. 2. After 2 weeks, the job is solely a commission job. That means that if you haven't completely gotten the hang of sales after 2 WEEKS, you will most likely be losing money while working from 6:45- 5:30 every day. 3. The benefits are nonexistent. This job requires you to drive at least 100 miles per day and they do not reimburse for gas, not even when you're driving multiple hours away for a business trip. Business trips also provide no food (even when your boss offers to take everyone out to dinner, checks will be separate), and you will be sharing a room with 3 other people. 4. The biggest red flag about this company should be the fact that people quit almost every day and new people are hired at least twice a week. There are only 3 people in the entire company that have worked there over 6 months.

Hi Reviewer, Thanks for your feedback. We appreciate you taking the time to write a review. We definitely try to be as upfront as possible during our interview process about the position and the nature of the work that we do. We wish you had spoken up at the time if there was something unclear, and definitely before you had taken the position. We are confident in our performance-based compensation and advancement structure and have proven that if an individual follows all systems, they can do extraordinarily well both financially and careerwise. We do not require our employees to drive 100 miles per day, and gas cards and bonuses are always offered to offset any travel expenses. Unfortunately, at this time we are not able to pay for all of our team's meals on a nightly basis, nor during a business trip. However, we always ensure that extra bonuses are on the line during business trips. Also, participation in business trips is always optional. We understand that the nature of sales that we do can be challenging. Learning how to deal with reject and managing yourself personally is not always an easy task. We don't expect everyone to want a lifelong career in sales after meeting us. We do our best to make sure that anyone that comes in contact with our team is able to gain professional skills or knowledge through the time they spend with us. Thanks again for taking the time to write us a review, and we hope you were able to find a better fit for the future.
