Lack of management knowledge and seems don't treat project management as a professional. Some of project managers always don't know what to do when problems happened, and no one to guide them. They DID hired some brilliant people, but they left soon since managers totally don't know how to treat talents as important property. Talented employees are trying to escape from there now.
