Pros
Nothing which was good to highlight.
Cons
Leadership was often misleading, with employees consistently praised for their work and recognized publicly, only to be laid off unexpectedly during the appraisal and hike cycle. There was little to no mentoring or guidance from leadership, while employees were expected to take on additional responsibilities beyond their roles. The leadership lacked accountability yet maintained high expectations from the team. Work-life balance was poor, and overtime was neither acknowledged nor compensated.
