      Pros

      Fabricator and small EPC company with minimum benefits.

      Cons

      Disrespectful receptionist. HR constantly ignores emails about late salary payment and unfair salary reductions during WFH. Squeaky and leaking toilets. Salary is late for about 6 times a year. Latest date to receive salary is approx 22th of the month. No increment for many years already. Dishonest on bonus. No bonus.

      Freedom to manipulate the project output as Management wouldn't notice as they are busy finding money.

      Bad management, bad financial, no increment no bonus late salary.
