Pros

Dogs in the office, nice quarterly bonuses, free product samples! KONG is still owned by the founder who, 40 years later, is in the office regularly and knows all employees by name. Amazing company policy of charitable giving too.

Cons

Dogs in the office (yes, also a con, think accidents and noise), outdated office spaces with cubicles crammed into every corner. Below average hourly wages, poorly executed schedule of reviews and no scheduled raises. Teams and departments tend to get cliquey, defensive during times of change, and often refuse to work inter-departmentally. Rather high rate of employee turnover.

Pros

- Great team (coworkers are wonderful and feel like a family) - Dog-friendly - Nice location in Golden

Cons

- Mandatory in-office (maybe get like 1 day a month to WFH) - Work-life balance (strict 9-5 hours, you have to use PTO if you don't hit 40 hours each week) - No paid sick time (also need to use PTO or make up the time if you are out sick) - Selective about who can work remotely
