Pros
Open door policy with the management and owners of the organization. If I ever have any suggestions I know my voice will be heard. Fair comp plans are evaluated monthly with real upside. Gained real knowledge on a variety of markets/industries that broadened my horizons. If I have a personal matter to tend to, they are very flexible with my schedule.
Cons
KPI provides weekly sales contests but would like to see more monthly and quarterly contests and events.
