      Pros

      Excellent community of people. Everyone for the most part is recently graduated from college. Metrics aren't completely unattainable but somewhat unrealistic to meet consistently depending on factors outside of control. Regardless support system is great and the opportunity you get to network within KPMG is unmatched.

      Cons

      There can be unclear communication from leadership. If you plan on staying on the sales route, you will have to put in at least 2 years before promotion.

      Pros

      KPMG is a great place to start, progress or continue your career. Between smart colleagues, flexible work schedule, interesting projects, and up-to-date tech, you feel like you're at, or at least near, the forefront of the knowledge economy.

      Cons

      There is often duplicative projects and the content management is not as efficient as it can be.
