      Pros

      Large company, better internal resources and procedures, many extra-curricular activities, the lunch is good

      Cons

      Weak pipeline, low IQ partners for the most the part, lack of sales experience, a lot of industry hires so lack of consulting skills amongst the team, low pay comparably to other big 4 - and really, just an immature / weird vibe

      Pros

      KPMG is a great place to start, progress or continue your career. Between smart colleagues, flexible work schedule, interesting projects, and up-to-date tech, you feel like you're at, or at least near, the forefront of the knowledge economy.

      Cons

      There is often duplicative projects and the content management is not as efficient as it can be.
