      Team-work, vedi molte realtà e impari tanto sul campo

      Cons

      Ambiente dove le gerarchie sono percepite come se fossimo all’accademia militare. Non sempre il grado rappresenta nella realtà la competenza dell’impiegato, soprattutto per quanto riguarda la leadership. Risultato: nella maggior parte si montano la testa.

      There is often duplicative projects and the content management is not as efficient as it can be.
